Relative Ease
Strength from my leg, the feel of mornings stress
From physical attempts to reach forms end
Strongest when leg feels heavy and swollen
Morning ride or run, the best time I spend

Riding together we move faster with relative ease
Gibber-jab with friends the pain passes easy
The miles role past, mile marker 100
Physical limit pushed, past perceived feasibility

Rolling then to work whether enjoyed or disliked
After struggling to hold wheel, 2 hours you pay
The benefits of hitting the dirt or a bike
Perception is fresh when beginning rest of day

Less to hate and more to like, activity proves
The body and the mind are equal governor of you
